Di Maria leaves the Saint-Germain-Nantes match after an armed robbery at his home


Paris Saint-Germain striker Angel Di Maria left his club’s match against Nantes, which was held on Sunday night in the Princes’ Park, after unknown assailants carried out an armed robbery on his home.

The sporting director of Paris Saint-Germain had come down from the honorable stage of the stadium to speak with coach Pochettito, before the latter changed Angel Di Maria in the 62nd minute of the interview.

The Paris Saint-Germain coach accompanied his player, who was in a state of great sadness, to the dressing rooms before he was allowed to leave the stadium towards his home to check on his family members who were at home at the time of the robbery and who had been detained, according to French media.
