Sassuolo announced the postponement of its match against Turin, which was scheduled to occur on Friday, in the 24th round of the Italian League competition.
Sassuolo said in a statement on its official website: “The Italian League has informed us about postponing the Turin match until March 17th.”
The Italian League’s decision to postpone the Sassuolo-Turin match came after the recent discovery of Corona cases in Turin.

It is noteworthy that the Italian League matches are held without the fans’ presence for fear of an outbreak of Coronavirus in the stands.
