And one minute before the end of the first half, Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes managed to adjust the score, after receiving a Luke Shaw’s cross with a volley into the net.
United tried to score the winning goal in the remaining minutes of the match, but the West Brom players managed to get the match to a draw.
United continued their negative results against the bottom-line in the Premier League table, after losing to last-placed Sheffield United.
The draw brought Manchester United to 46 points, with the team occupying second place in the Premier League table, on goal difference against Leicester City, third.
And United are 7 points behind leaders Manchester City, who has a postponed match against Everton, next Wednesday.
On the other hand, West Bromwich Albion’s balance stopped at 13 points, which is the 19th and penultimate place in the table.
