Italian club AC Milan announced that the Croatian Mario Mandzukic had joined the ranks of Rossoneri in a free transfer until the end of the season, with the possibility of an extension for another season.
Via its website, Milan issued an official statement saying: “AC Milan is pleased to announce the signing of Mario Mandzukic.”
“The club and the striker have agreed on a deal until the end of the current season, with an option to extend the contract for the next season,” he added.
Mandzukic left the Italian Juventus during the winter transfer window for the 19/20 season to move to the Qatari ranks of Al-Duhail in a free transfer.
It is worth noting that the Croatian’s last official match was in Al Duhail in March 2020.
