Trump signs an order banning 8 Chinese apps


On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order banning transactions with eight Chinese software applications, according to Reuters.

The agency reported, including the Alipay app of Ant Group, which tracks Chinese billionaire Jack Ma, founder of the famous “Alibaba” company.

Earlier media reports had reported Jack Ma’s disappearance, one of the richest businessmen in China and founder of the e-commerce giant “Alibaba,” through his demand for economic reform in his country.

Earlier, the US administration said that Trump would take action against Chinese software companies considering a threat to US national security.
