US police have arrested a person after shooting 3 people, including a deputy at the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office in Northern Virginia’s Walmart.
A statement issued by the police indicated that no one was killed in the accident that occurred in the district after the forces intervened to control the situation.
According to the police, a deputy in the provincial police office, along with two store security employees, were seriously injured.
Said Mike Chapman, sheriff of the police in Loudoun County, according to NBC News: “The attacker ended up ordering the officers hit each of their legs in an attempt to escape.”
Loudoun County Police said in a statement that the suspect was shot by police while fleeing the scene with a stolen car and was arrested after the car crashed on the road.
