Great challenges await Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, the new coach of the Paris Saint-Germain team, most notably the team’s leadership to the top of the French League, and the leadership of the Parisian giant to claim the Champions League title for the first time in its history.

Yesterday, Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain announced Mauricio Puccito as technical director of the team until the summer of 2022, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year, succeeding German Thomas Tuchel.

According to several press reports, Mauricio Puccito will not allow the departure of Brazilian Neymar da Silva or Kylian Mbappe to achieve the Champions League coronation. He will also support the team with strong deals.

“Echo of the Country” reviews the most prominent potential deals for Paris Saint-Germain during the coming period to strengthen the “team ranks.”

Deal of the Century:

A few days ago, the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo confirmed that Mauricio Pochettino aims to sign Lionel Messi, the Barcelona player, during the upcoming summer transfers.

Lionel Messi’s contract with Barcelona expires during the next summer transfer period, and therefore he is entitled to sign for any club this winter without referring to his club management.

Eriksen:

Mauricio Pochettino aims to sign Danish Christian Eriksen, a Milan player, during the current winter transfer period.

According to the Italian website “Toto Mercato,” Mauricio Pochettino asked the management of Paris Saint-Germain to sign a contract with Eriksen during the current winter Mercato.

He previously coached Pochettino Eriksen when he was a duo at Tottenham, where the Dane was one of the most prominent elements in the Argentine coach’s squad.

Tottenham foursome:

It seems that Mauricio Pochettino has great confidence in his former players, as press reports indicated that the Argentine coach wants to sign the Spurs quartet Dele Alli, Hugo Lloris, Serge Aurier, and Harry Winks.

Pochettino’s task of securing the Spurs quadruple appears difficult, with the team competing for the Premier League title this season.
