Post-Corona syndrome symptoms: anxiety, depression, and cognitive impairment


Scientists from the British National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence have published a list of side effects that a patient suffers from after infection with “Covid-19”.

According to scientists, infection with the Coronavirus causes high temperature, fatigue, headache, tingling, and numbness in the extremities, in addition to insomnia and cognitive impairment.

They indicated that patients could also suffer from nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain for a long time, and bouts of depression and anxiety, according to the Russian agency “Sputnik.”

The researchers explained that most of the patients, after discharge from the hospital, complain of pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, and rashes.

Earlier, immunologist Nikolai Kryuchkov said that one suffers from the post-coronavirus syndrome for every 5 people infected with the Coronavirus.
