The facts of the drawing began with a meeting with former Italian national team star Daniele De Rossi, who was crowned with his country in the 2006 World Cup, and one of the most prominent players of the Dutch national team who won second place in the 2010 World Cup Finals, Raphael van der Vaart, where both stars talked about their memories of participating in the World Cup and the most difficult The teams he faced and the memorable situations for both of them.

After that, wonderful clips were shown of the French national team’s historic journey in the 2018 World Cup, which ended with its victory in the world title.

Van der Vaart commented on this footage, saying that wonderful memory reminded us of the huge and enjoyable crowd in the last World Cup, a wonderful presence that we are currently deprived of. We hope that the fans will quickly return to the football stadiums.

Before conducting the drawing of lots, an explanatory film was shown explaining the lottery system and how to withdraw it, in addition to some restrictions that prevent some teams from falling into certain groups, such as countries that suffer from difficult weather conditions or countries located on the outskirts of the old continent, which requires their travel to make long trips.

And the lottery process was presented after that and explained by the director of competitions in the “FIFA” Jaime Yarza. Then the lottery began in a practical and formal after that.
