The Director of US National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, revealed that China is conducting experiments and tests to modify its soldiers’ biological composition.
And Ratcliffe published an article in the American Wall Street Journal, in which he wrote, “Our information is clear: China intends to dominate the United States and the rest of the planet economically, militarily and technologically.”
Ratcliffe added, “Many of the major initiatives and companies in China are nothing but a facade of camouflaging the activities of the Chinese Communist Party.”
And Ratcliffe continued, “China has gone to unreasonable limits to achieve its goals, explaining that” US intelligence information reveals that China is conducting experiments on members of its army to produce soldiers with modified biological capabilities. There are no moral limits to China’s pursuit of power. ”
Ratcliffe pointed out that “many US intelligence officials and analysts have focused their efforts on combating terrorism and Russian influence, but we must look today at the facts before our eyes, which make it necessary to consider China the biggest threat to US national security from now on.”
Ratcliffe described China as “the greatest threat to freedom and democracy since World War II.”
Ratcliffe accused China of adopting an economic espionage approach with three pillars of “theft, duplication, and exchange.”

The report pointed to the Chinese leadership’s determination to make the People’s Liberation Army a global expeditionary force within a few years to confront the American hegemony in Asia and other regions of the world.
He revealed the PLA’s plan to extend its influence over the coming years. He stated that it focuses on strengthening the capabilities that would enable it to launch large-scale military operations around its maritime perimeter within 5 years. Within 10 to 15 years, it wishes to develop its capabilities. To fight a limited external war to protect its interests and the interests of the countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative.
