A terrible accident for Grosjean stops the Bahrain race

Frenchman Romain Grosjean‘s car split in half and caught fire after hitting barriers, halting the Bahrain Formula One World Championship race in the first lap on Sunday.

A Formula One spokesperson said the accident equaled the gravitational pressure 53 times, and replays showed that Grogan had jumped over barriers to escape from the wreckage and the fire and was limping while taking an ambulance.

The accident occurred while the French driver was trying to advance on Daniil Kvyat, but he collided with an Alpha Tauri driver’s car.
