Has Real Madrid won by one point or won by two? Zidane had a simple answer: “We lost two points without a doubt.”
He continued: “Odegaard left because he was so tired. The players made an amazing effort, we could score the three points, it is painful that we did not succeed in that.”
Zidane received a question about his handling of severe criticism, and he replied: “I have the same enthusiasm and I will always have the same enthusiasm. Do not worry, you do your work while I do my work.”
He concluded: “Hazard has not played for a while and we must wisely manage the minutes he takes part in, but he is with us now and well.”
