Veteran Italian forward Mario Balotelli, a former AC Milan, Inter Milan, Manchester City, and Liverpool player, is close to a novel experience in his career outside Europe.
Vasco da Gama..the last hope of Balotelli to revive his career
According to a report published by Football Italia, Fabio Cordella, the sports director of the Brazilian club Vasco da Gama, confirmed the club’s interest in the services of Balotelli, which has always been controversial.
“Bringing Balotelli to the Brazilian is not a dream, but a reality,” Cordella said. “We are working with Agent Mino Raiola to bring one of the best attackers in the world to Vasco.”
It is reported that Balotelli does not have any contract with any club after his departure from his former team Brescia, who fell to the second division in Italy, and the Italian star previously played for several clubs, including Inter, Milan, and Brescia in Italy, Marseille and Nice in France, and Liverpool and Manchester City in England.
With the Italian national team, Balotelli, 30 years old, took part in 36 matches, scored 14 goals, and he also played for the U-21 youth team in 15 matches, scoring 5 goals.
