Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced today, Saturday, the return of La Liga competitions, starting from June 8.
“Spain has done what it takes to confront the coronavirus, and now we are opening new horizons for everyone,” Sanchez said in comments to Marca newspaper.
“It is time to resume many daily activities in Spain. From June 8, the Football League will return.”
So far, Spanish teams have failed to return naturally to group exercises so far, pending approval from the Ministry of Health.
It should be noted that Barcelona leads the ranking with 58 points, two points behind the second from Real Madrid after 27 laps.
